LOL, can someone explain what is that?
I have been looking since I first saw someone with that buff and have not found anything so far... thanks Chef Google, grrr!
In a STO forum someone explained it was a special warp core, someone else explains it is a console, then someone else (probably german, lol) says it is a set composed of both warp core / singularity and console...
Then it got weirder: someone explained it was a power level setup... with special warp core doff... that's when the headache became so intense it made me run away screaming and pulling my hair (as if the neighbors didn't knew I was crazy already lol).
Theories are welcome
